The increase of it for me personally will cause a breakout every time. Remember, your skin needs to be able to breathe. Clogged pores can happen naturally, they don’t need our help. I have noticed by not touching my face alot has reduced the breakouts.

An anti acne diet should have high fiber fruits and vegetables to help ease the passage of the bowels. These two approaches should be your first line of attack as they are most likely to produce positive results. However, there are numerous other everyday remedies which many people swear by including using vinegar, goats milk and a large number of herbal preparations.

The problem with acne is that it can take quite a long time to clear up and you are not going to find any solution which will literally have your skin clear overnight. So, whatever you try you have got to give it time to work. For example, trying goats milk soap for a couple of days and then concluding that it doesn’t work is not the answer. You need to give any treatment that you try at least ten days to two weeks and then, if it doesn’t appear to be having any effect or is in fact making matters worse, go on and try something else.

Remember too that we are all different and our skins and bodies will react differently to different treatments. The fact that a friend tells you that she has found a combination of vitamins that cure acne does not mean that vitamins are necessarily going to work for you.

Wrinkle reduction doesn’t have to be difficult. In a lot of my other articles, I’ve listed a lot of techniques and recipes that can work wrinkle reduction wonders. In this one, I’m bringing it down to basics, with 8 common-sense wrinkle reduction tips you can use to look and stay young. Here they are:

1. Exercise regularly. This creates excellent circulation, which is needed for all body functions, including the ones that keep you young and energetic.

2. Take a flaxseed oil supplement daily. Flaxseed oil is the richest vegetable source of omega-3 fatty acids, and so important in keeping your skin lubricated and supple. A must-have in your wrinkle reduction artillery.

3. Go easy on alcohol consumption. Alcohol dehydrates and adds toxins to a system that’s already overworked with food chemicals/preservatives, environmental pollution and the list goes on. The exception is red wine, as it contains powerful, youth-preserving antioxidants. In other words, your daily glass of wine can and should be enjoyed with a clean conscience.

4. Take good care of your teeth - they, along with your jaw bone, form the framework that holds your facial skin in place. Besides, white teeth versus yellow teeth generally takes five years off of your appearance.

5. Eat blueberries. They are jam-packed with those essential antioxidants that fight skin-damaging free radicals.

The second culprit - smoking, isn’t that easy either, but again, it can be done. Finally, STAY OUT OF THE SUN! The sun is the #1 cause of aging we know of, so that one should be a no-brainer. If you must be in the sun, be sure to use sun-protection cream.

8. Cleanse your face every morning and night, followed by a quality anti aging / wrinkle reduction cream.
